Commissioning a painting at Kickoo is a conversation, not a form. Here is the whole journey, from first hello to the canvas on your wall.
Tell the concierge
Start a chat, share a reference photo or two, and describe the piece you have in mind — a face you love, a room you're dressing, a feeling you want on the wall. The concierge shows you relevant work and gives you a quote on the spot.
Reserve with a 40% deposit
A 40% deposit books your artist and puts your piece on the easel. Nothing else is due yet. And if you fall for an original that's already painted, there's no wait at all — it simply ships.
Painted by hand
Your artist works brush on canvas and sends work-in-progress photos as the painting develops. You see it before anything ships, and nothing leaves the studio without your approval. Most pieces take one to three weeks at the easel.
Settle the balance
Only after you've seen the finished painting and approved it do we ask for the remaining balance. You pay for work you've already fallen for — never sight unseen.
Delivery
Your painting travels as a carefully rolled canvas with tracking, anywhere in the world. We include framing tips so any local framer can stretch and finish it beautifully.
